FAQ

Q: Bought GuaSha, unsatisfied. Can I return it for a refund?
A: Sorry! This policy does not apply when purchasing a single product.


Q:I purchased a GuaSha and a mask. I've tried the GuaSha but haven't used the mask. Can I return the mask?

A: Sorry! This policy applies only if you have purchased the specified set.


Q: Purchased a 3 WRINKLE-FIT MASK + FACE ROLLER set, added a Gua Sha. Tested Gua Sha, can I return it?

A: Sorry! This policy does not apply if the additional products have been used or opened, even though the specified set was purchased.



Non-100% Return Policy

Once an order has been submitted and paid for, no exchanges, cancellations will be accepted due to any circumstances , except under the following conditions:


1) The product is faulty or of subpar quality.


2) The product received does not match the ordered item.


3) We are unable to provide the product due to reasons beyond our control.


Only If the product meets the return policy, You may contact us at cs.hk@meditherapy.co.kr within 7 working days after receiving the product and we will follow up with you as soon as possible.

If I see price changes after placing an order, can I get the difference back?

The sales price of Meditherapy HK will be changed based on manufacturer pricing, fashion trends, marketing and demand, etc.
The price stated at the moment are therefore current price.
 Once an order is placed, even if there is any subsequent change in price, it should not be refundable or the difference charged after.

It is recommended that final confirmation should be made before placing an order.

[Return and Exchange Procedure]



If the product meets the return and exchange policy, please contact us via cs.hk@meditherapy.co.kr.


Please provide the following information for our cs team to review:


1. Order number


2. Name of the orderer


3. Return address, contact phone number, and name of the person in charge of the return.


4. The name and quantity of the product to be returned.


5. Reason for return or exchange


6. Please provide photos of the product so that our staff can verify the integrity of the product.


※Merchandise delivery error: Please do not unseal the product, please make sure to take a photo of the product sealing the sealing sticker of the product.

※Defective products: Please make sure to take pictures or videos of the defective part of the product.

*Upon receipt of the above email, our cs team will follow up with you as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, after we receive the returned goods and confirm the return application, we will normally refund your payment within 15 working days.

**The Chinese version of the appeal shall take precedence.**
