1) 15 days (or more) after the arrival of the product.

FAQ

Q: Bought GuaSha, unsatisfied. Can I return it for a refund?
A: Sorry! This policy does not apply when purchasing a single product.

Q:I purchased a GuaSha and a mask. I've tried the GuaSha but haven't used the mask. Can I return the mask?

A: Sorry! This policy applies only if you have purchased the specified set.

Q: Purchased a 3 WRINKLE-FIT MASK + FACE ROLLER set, added a Gua Sha. Tested Gua Sha, can I return it?

A: Sorry! This policy does not apply if the additional products have been used or opened, even though the specified set was purchased.

Product Warranty Policy for Applicable Products

The following device products purchased from our MEDITHERAPY HK official store are covered by the product warranty policy.

If there is any non human-made damage or problems occurred in the following products within the product warranty period (i.e. 6 months since the purchase date), you may follow the instructions in [Return and Exchange Procedure] below to apply for an exchange.

Conditions for Exchange:

You may request an exchange within the warranty period in the following cases:

1) The product is found to have visible manufacturing defects or quality issues upon receipt.

2) The product fails to operate normally or shows faults within the warranty period under normal use.

3) Inspection or verification confirms that damage to the product was not caused by human factors.

Cases Not Eligible for Exchange:

The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:

1) Malfunctions or damages resulting from improper use, poor maintenance, or human-caused damage.

2) Exceeds 6 months from the date of purchase.

3) The product's packaging, labels, or accessories are incomplete and cannot be restored.

4) Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties.

5) Products are not purchased through MEDITHERAPY Hong Kong official website.

Non-100% Return Policy

Once an order has been submitted and paid for, no exchanges, cancellations will be accepted due to any circumstances , except under the following conditions:

1) The product is faulty or of subpar quality.

2) The product received does not match the ordered item.

3) We are unable to provide the product due to reasons beyond our control.

Only If the product meets the return policy, You may contact us at cs.hk@meditherapy.co.kr within 7 working days after receiving the product and we will follow up with you as soon as possible.

If I see price changes after placing an order, can I get the difference back?

The sales price of Meditherapy HK will be changed based on manufacturer pricing, fashion trends, marketing and demand, etc.

The price stated at the moment are therefore current price.
Once an order is placed, even if there is any subsequent change in price, it should not be refundable or the difference charged after.

It is recommended that final confirmation should be made before placing an order.

[Return and Exchange Procedure]

If the product meets the return and exchange policy, please contact us via cs.hk@meditherapy.co.kr.

Please provide the following information for our cs team to review:

1. Order number

2. Name of the orderer

3. Return address, contact phone number, and name of the person in charge of the return.

4. The name and quantity of the product to be returned.

5. Reason for return or exchange

6. Please provide photos of the product so that our staff can verify the integrity of the product.

※Merchandise delivery error: Please do not unseal the product, please make sure to take a photo of the product sealing the sealing sticker of the product.

※Defective products: Please make sure to take pictures or videos of the defective part of the product.

*Upon receipt of the above email, our cs team will follow up with you as soon as possible.
Under normal circumstances, after we receive the returned goods and confirm the return application, we will normally refund your payment within 15 working days.

【Other precautions】
Since there were buyers selling MEDITHERAPY products without authorization from our company in recent days,

we cannot guarantee whether the product is authentic.

If we discovered a customer has purchased same product several times in a short period of time;
Purchased multiple items (more than 5 items) at one time, suspected to be for resale or research for reproduction purposes;
Repeated failure for picking up products, etc.

We may refuse the transaction or permanently cancel the membership depending on the situation.
MEDITHERAPY HK LIMITED reserves the right to modify or terminate the usage methods at any time.
Any changes and modifications will be announced on the company's website without prior notice.
